SMT Software recognized as “Gazelle of Business 2011”
SMT Software S. A. – a member of the ADV Group listed on the NewConnect exchange – has been awarded the prestigious honour of “Gazelle of Business 2011”. SMT Software was in 15th place of 323 companies in the Lower Silesian region, and 119th out of 3,770 Gazelles of Business in the Polish nationwide rankings. For the twelfth time, the editors of Puls Biznesu have recognized the dynamic growth of Polish firms that are achieving strong financial results and that are reliable business partners. The competition takes place under the patronage of the National Chamber of Commerce with the cooperation of Coface Poland.

SMT Software S. A. is intensively developing and broadening its operations. In December 2011 the company signed a 5-year contract with the a Cypriot company in the financial consulting industry. The cooperation agreement with this international partner is for the development of IT systems. The contract includes the access to a team of over a dozen programmers, whose task will be to develop and maintain computer systems in cooperation with the client’s IT staff. All of the developers will work remotely from the headquarters of SMT software in Wrocław. The board of SMT estimates that the total revenue resulting from this international agreement will equal about 9 million PLN. That will equal about 1.8 million PLN annually, which will fundamentally impact the shape of SMT Software's financial results over the coming years.
