Extending cooperation with Microsoft by SMT Software from Grupa ADV
SMT Software S.A. signed Annex to the Agreement concluded 1.11.2009 between Microsoft Sp. z o. o. a SMT Software S.A., which is to extend to the partnership.In collaboration with Microsoft SMT Software S.A. will work on developing new features of Internet researcher Bing. Specially for this project SMT Software separated several teams dedicated to cooperation with Microsoft, which will be responsible for research into various areas of Bing search.
The new commission was signed initially for a period of 2 years and it is a significant award for both the Issuer and to the city of Wrocław. Revenues generated from the execution on this commission will have a significant impact on SMT Software and the whole capital group results.
Grupa ADV S.A. have 51% shares in SMT Software S.A.
