Foreign expansion of SMT Software from Grupa ADV S.A.
SMT Software S.A. on 28.07.2010 registered company under name SMT Software Nederland B.V., which will be the first brunch of SMT Software in the West Europe. The new company will be selling services and products of SMT Software on Dutch market. Under the memorandum 40% shares in the company belong to SMT Software S.A., and the remaining 60% to Dutch company Chanda B.V., whose owners have a long-standing experience in selling IT services on Western Europe and USA markets. SMT Software Nederland B.V. is registered on Dutch market.Founding company in the Netherlands is another step in the company development and implementation of the SMT Software S.A. expansion plans on the European markets.
