Signing a contract by company SMT Software
02.07.2010 SMT Software as a subcontractor of a German company CProjekt GmbH is beginning work on software for private emergency centre in Switzerland named Euro-helpline AG.
The supplied software will be based on functionality of SATIS system, and its main task will be to support the activities of call-centre consultants in emergency centre by indicating the localization of vehicles and the identification of customers.
As planned, the project will be completed in late August and September 2010. Application will be available in the subscription mode, from which proceeds will be shared equally between the Issuer and the company CProject. The subscription mode agreement was signed for 12 months.
