Grupa ADV S.A. issued in the first seria three-years bonds with the value 5 mln PLN.The founds from this issue will be used for investment related to implementation of strategic aims/goals in 2011.
The main goals posed by the Group Board in 2011 to develop competence in field of efficiency advertising, acquisition of 3D studies, developing poznajomosci.pl platform and active sell SATIS system.
Emissions of the following series of bonds under this program will be implemented for future investments planned for 2011.
