Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and Insititute of Developing Countries at the University of Warsaw. Doctoral student at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.

Sławomir Matul - President & CEO. Associated with the world of advertising for 16 years. Prior to founding the agency MAT worked for five years with international agencies LOWE GGK and BBDO as Art Director, Copywriter and Creative Director. He created an integrated marketing strategies for brands such as Unilever, Henkel, Samsung, Reebok and Coca-Cola.

Piotr Bieńko - Chairman of the Board. Linked to the traditional media market for several years. In the period 2004-2008 he worked in the MPG Sp. z.o.o. at the position of Group Account Director & TV Director. Until June 2009, he held the position of Commercial Director in an international network agency Universal McCann.
